For big size mis-print PCB ,we suggest to use SUS304 stainless steel 610mm*610mm size pneumatic solder paste mis-printed PCB cleaner. SME-270 is specially designed to clean mis-printed PCB. SME-210 use a push and pull cleaning basket to hold PCB and wash PCB from upper and lower side. Famous pneumatic parts, strictly produce process, patent rotation spray rods guarantee you a high quality pcb machine.It make your cleaning process safe, easy, cost down and efficient.
In order to avoid  PCB cooper pad oxidized when using hot air dry, we suggest to use alcohol to clean PCB because alcohol is very easy to turn to vapor and PCB will dry naturally.

Q1: Can SME-270 clean mis-prrinted bare PCB or one side component mounted PCB?
A1: Both bare PCB and one side component mounted PCB can be washed in this machine.
 
Q2: Does SME-270 need PCB fixture?
A2: Yes, we suggest you make your own PCB fixture to hold PCB to avoid PCB movement and scrath because solvent spray pressure.
 
Q3: Is SME-270 safe by using alcohol?
A3: Yes, it is, it driven by compressed-air, not using electric power, no need to worry about it.
 
Q4: Can this machine clean red glue mis-printed PCB?
A4: For thickness 0.1~0.3mm red glue PCB, SME-270 can clean it very well; but for over 0.5mm thickness red glue pcb, cleaning result is not so good, especially the little holes in PCB. We recommend to use our SME-800 electric  cleaning machine, it is more powerful to do that.
