Our production department can product 30~40 sets machine in one month.

1. Machine frame manufacture: All our cleaning machine frames are SUS304 stainless steel material.

2. Machine mechanical parts assembly: Liquid tank, water tank, filter barrel, pumps, heaters assembly are conducted byprocution instructions.

3. Machine pipes assembly: Pipes are welded by ARC welding, connected by fast clamps,sealed by OPEM gasket, open and shut by pneumatic angle valves.

4. Machine electric parts and software assembly: Electric parts are assembly according to electric diagrams;24v signal lines and 380V/220V power lines are seperated; all parts are famous brand from Schneider, Mitsubishi, SMC, Omron...

5. Machine final test: Machine final test are conducted by our quality engineers according to our machine check list and each machine has it unique machine check report.

Our company's Research and Development (R&D) department is home to a team of eight highly skilled engineers. This team consists of four Mechanical Development Engineers, two Electric Development Engineers, one Software Development Engineer, and one Automatic Process Engineer. We also have a presence in two locations, with six engineers based in our SME Dongguan facility and two engineers in our SME Suzhou facility.
