    The cleaning process of the SME-3048 fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is automatically controlled by the PLC programmable controller. The main production line of the equipment consists of 1 ultrasonic solvent cleaning tank, 1 ultrasonic rinsing tank, and 1 hot air drying tank, totaling 3 stations. Its working principle is to utilize the strong penetration force of ultrasonic waves to impact the surface of the workpiece and combine with the chemical decontamination and oil removal capabilities of the cleaning agent, so that the oil and dust on the workpiece can be quickly removed. The working process is that the operator places the basket containing the workpiece on the feeding platform, and it is automatically transported to the feeding position of the cleaning machine. Controlled by the PLC, the mechanical arm is sequentially sent to each process section to perform ultrasonic oil removal, ultrasonic rinsing, and hot air drying on the workpiece. After drying, through the material platform transmission, the basket is automatically sent out, the basket is removed, and the workpiece is taken out, thus completing the entire cleaning process. This equipment has the characteristics of fast cleaning speed, high production efficiency, good cleaning effect, and convenient use. The equipment also has an attractive appearance, a reasonable structure, a long service life, and is an ideal cleaning and drying equipment.
